Orca Hi-Vis Neoprene Hat
Be seen in the open water wearing the Orca Hi-Vis neoprene hat! The high-visibility colour will help you stay visible to other water users and therefore safer during your open water swimming sessions.
The 2.5 mm thick neoprene provides warmth to prevent heat loss while swimming. The Velcro closure on the chin allows you to adjust the neoprene cap to the shape of your head, ensuring maximum comfort.
Surf Swim School verdict:
These hats are our most popular neoprene hat and it’s easy to see why! We found the fit is true to the size guide, with a chin strap that is comfortable. The well placed velcro fastening doesn’t rub or cause chaffing. If you are someone that feels the cold we recommend wearing your standard silicone swim cap underneath this Orca neoprene hat for added protection.
To prolong the life of your hat, rinse it in cold, fresh, water after your swim and allow it to air dry naturally. We recommend turning it inside out to ensure the surface next to your head is nice and dry. There’s nothing worse than putting on a wet hat before your swim!
Being visible is of paramount importance for all open water swimmers and this hat certainly helps.
